If you want to exchange any product, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance before we send the replacement product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before the order processing or shipment begins. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable delivery charges may apply.
